RECEPTION
POLICIES
1.) Inquiry: Check date and
time availability, receive all relevant information including menus and wine
list.
2.) Reservation: Reserve date
with a down payment amounting to approximately 50% of total check. This deposit
is non refundable. Indicate name of person(s) responsible for final payment.
3.) Confirmation: Give exact number
of guests 72 hours before event. A guaranteed minimum number will be charged
for if the total count of guests is less than guaranteed.
4.) Final payment: Please be prepared
to settle account (no checks - cash or credit card only) on the day of the event.
Gazebo and Patio Rental: The exclusive use of the gazebo or each half of the patio area can be reserved for $500 for the first hour and $250 for each subsequent hour. The same fees apply to the rental of each half of the patio.
Corkage: A
$12 per bottle fee will be charged if you decide to bring your own wine or champagne.
Wedding cake: A $2.25 per
slice fee will be charged if you bring your own cake.
Linen: White tablecloths are available for
an additional $1.50 per person.
Gratuity: California sales
tax and a 18% gratuity will be added to final check.
